Terms and Conditions
To ensure that there is total transparency and clarity you are advised to familiarize yourself with the contents of the below Terms and Conditions before entering into a business relationship with Victory Coaching.
The Transitional Victory Coach will do everything possible to support the Client(s) in achieving his/her/their own results and desired outcomes.
Client(s) is/are, and will remain, responsible for the cause of all change in his/her/their life/lives.
The Transitional Victory Coach, will work with the Client(s) to identify solutions, offer suggestions and/or options and provide guidance based on her own personal experience, training and the information which is appropriate and relevant.
The Client(s) accept full responsibility for all his/their decisions and contract-based actions, throughout the coaching process.
By accepting these Terms, Conditions and Coaching, the Client(s) agree and acknowledge that the Coach is not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, health or legal professional.
The Victory Transitional Coach will not divulge that the Client(s) is in a coaching relationship, without the Client(s) informed consent. The Client(s), however, is/are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.
Confidentiality will at all times be adhered to in accordance with the guidelines stipulated under the POPI Act which was officially declared in 2021. Specifically in accordance with Section 26 of the POPI Act, which creates a special category of personal information called “special personal information”. This relates to religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union membership, political persuasion, health or sex life or biometric information.
Scheduling of Sessions
All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between The Client(s) and the Victory Transitional Coach. If for any reason the Client(s) cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session he/she/they will be fully responsible for informing the Victory Transitional Coach, and for arranging another appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so the session will be deemed forfeited. The Client(s) is/are responsible for rescheduling and must ensure confirmation in writing from the Victory Coach.
Tasks will be assigned to assist in accelerating the Client(s) change and the achievement of the desired results.
Free E-Mail Access
The Victory Coach is available during the week via email. This arrangement is relevant to all options offered under the Victory Coaching product range.
Cancellation of Agreement
The below information forms part of the Client(s) agreement with the Victory Coach.
If the Client(s) wish(es) to cancel the agreement, within 5 business days after accepting Terms, Conditions and Agreement, a 100% refund (less the cost of any products delivered) will be paid over. This refund is only available if services have not commenced in any way, rendering any refund void.
Notice of Cancellation
All notices of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date on which the cancellation is received by the Victory Coach. No refunds, credits or transfers are available for no-shows.
Terms of Coaching
The Coaching Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing Coaching for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer.

Whatsapp/Zoom/Skype calls with the client will be initiated by the Victory Coach during membership. Landlines calls will be initiated and be at the expense of the Client during membership.
If any instalment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any instalment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program and the Cancellation Policy will apply. An N.S.F. or credit card decline will result in a penalty from our payment processing company in cases of a payment default.
The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation
If at any time either the Client(s) or Coach believe the Coaching Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to cancelling the Program or Sessions.
All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
The Client(s) understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is his/her/their own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.
By entering into a Coaching Agreement either through signing a Coaching Agreement with the Victory Coach or paying any amount to your Victory Coach, the Client(s) agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
Code of Ethics and Conduct
Victory Coaching is an Accredited member of COMENSA and adheres to the Code of Conduct set out here by COMENSA.
